You can easily use the online booking feature on our website. Simply enter your desired travel dates and the number of guests to instantly see all available suites.

A deposit of 30% of the total price is due upon booking. Please pay the remaining balance either by bank transfer up to 3 days before arrival or directly on-site in cash, by debit card, or credit card.

A booking is only considered binding once your deposit has been credited to our account. Inquiries are always non-binding and are NOT yet confirmed bookings.

Yes, during the low season there is a minimum stay of 2 nights. During the high season and over holidays, a longer minimum stay may apply – you can see the exact number of nights for your desired period directly in the booking system when checking availability.

When booking directly through us, we do not require a security deposit. This policy applies exclusively to direct bookings; different conditions may apply for bookings made via external platforms.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
• Within 3 months of arrival, the deposit of 30% already paid will be retained.
• Within one month before arrival, 70% of the total amount is due.
• Within 14 days before arrival, 90%.
• On the day of arrival itself, in case of no-show, or in case of early departure, the full total amount (100%) is due.

Yes, a statutory local tourist tax is levied in Tirol, which is not included in the accommodation price and is billed separately. It amounts to €3 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over; younger children are exempt.

No, pets are not allowed. Our hideaways feature high-end amenities and are consciously designed to be allergy-friendly.

Yes, we warmly welcome families. Please let us know the number and age of your children when booking so that we can prepare a crib or additional equipment if needed.

Yes, starting from your very first overnight stay, you will receive the AchenseeCard from us. This free guest card is valid all year round and offers you numerous attractive inclusive services and discounts for your holiday:

• Free use of the regional buses
• Free use of cross-country ski trails in winter
• Participation in the Achensee hiking programme (late April to November)
• Numerous discounts (Achenseeschifffahrt, cable cars, steam cog railway and museums)

Check-in is available from 16:00. If you are arriving earlier, please let us know in advance – depending on occupancy, we can often prepare your hideaway earlier or securely store your luggage while you spend the day at Lake Achensee or use our pool in the summer.

Check-out is until 10:00. Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability, at a cost of 30% of the daily rate.

Yes, the heated pool is available to you on the day of your arrival, even before the official check-in at 16:00. This allows you to relax right after arriving while we prepare your apartment for you.

Yes, you are welcome to use the pool in the summer until your departure, even after check-out at 10:00. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us during this time.

Yes, all our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. In addition to a stove, dishwasher, and a complete set of cookware, tableware, and glassware, you will find a Nespresso Citiz machine for your daily coffee. Dishwasher tabs and dish soap are, of course, provided.

No, that is not necessary. High-quality bed linen, pillows, duvets, as well as hand towels, shower towels, and bath towels are already included in every apartment. The beds are freshly made for you upon arrival.

Yes, our apartments are finished to a high standard and consciously designed to be allergy-friendly. Because we do not permit pets, our suites are particularly well-suited for guests with animal allergies or heightened sensitivities.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments as well as in the entire outdoor area.

Yes, each apartment has a free parking space available directly on the property.

Yes, there is an EV charging station available on our property that you can use during your stay.

Yes, our barbecue hut can be booked by guests – ideal for a cozy evening with family or friends. Since the hut is popular, we recommend making an early reservation during your stay.

The PUREST Alpine Hideaway is a non-smoking property. Smoking is of course permitted on the balconies and in the garden.

Yes, in our garden you will find a playground with a play castle, a table tennis table, balls, and goals – ideal for children and families who want to let off steam in the fresh air after a day in the mountains.

Breakfast and our brunch service are not included in the room rate, but can be added at your convenience. We kindly ask that you reserve prior to arrival or directly with our team on-site to help us prepare everything fresh for your stay.

Yes, in Achenkirch there are several supermarkets and local shops for daily needs, which can be reached in just a few minutes by car or partly on foot. We will gladly give you tips on the best addresses upon your arrival.

Yes, we have a small shop on-site offering a curated selection of drinks and wines, as well as sweets, snacks, sunscreen, pasta, sauces, teas, coffee capsules, and much more. This ensures you are well-catered for even if you don’t feel like making a trip to the supermarket. Our ski room and our selection of books and games are also located in the same area.

Our outdoor pool is heated from May to the end of October and can be comfortably used during this period. Outside of these months, the pool is available unheated.

No, the sauna and whirlpool are not for shared use. They are private amenities located in select hideaways and are available exclusively to the respective guests and their companions during their stay – completely private and just for you.

We do not have our own spa area. Massages are nevertheless possible: A massage therapist will come directly to your accommodation and perform the treatment either in your hideaway or in our movement room. We recommend requesting an appointment with us in advance as availability is limited.

Yes, we have a small, very well-equipped fitness room on-site. All guests can use it at any time during their stay – completely without prior registration or extra charge.

Yes. We provide comfortable bathrobes for adults (sizes M and XL) throughout your stay, with children’s sizes available upon request.

In our effort to minimize single-use disposable plastics, we invite you to bring your preferred spa or pool slippers from home. If needed, complimentary slippers are readily available upon request.

The Achensee Holiday Card is your perfect holiday companion for the summer (from May to October). For a one-time fee, you can use the card for seven consecutive days and enjoy unlimited access to the following attractions:
