You can purchase the Achensee Holiday Card at reception. It is valid for seven consecutive days and includes unlimited use of the cable cars (Rofan cable car & Karwendel cable car), free travel on the Achensee ships and Achenseebahn, and free admission to various museums (Notburga Museum, Achensee Adventure and Museum World, Sixenhof Local History Museum, Tiroler Steinöl Vitalberg, Swarovski Crystal Worlds).

Upon request, you will receive the free AchenseeCard guest card for the Achensee region at the reception. With the AchenseeCard, you can enjoy numerous benefits and discounts, such as free travel on the Achensee regional bus. An overview of additional discounts and services can be found in the information brochure and on the website of Achensee Tourism.

Should a loud alarm sound, please leave the building immediately via the marked emergency exits. Our apartments are equipped with smoke detectors. Fire extinguishers are located in the hallway on every floor. If you suspect a fire in any part of the building, please inform us immediately.

Check-in: You are, of course, very welcome here. As a rule, our apartments are ready for occupancy from 16:00. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us and, depending on availability, move into the vacation apartment sooner.

Check-out: After departure, the suites undergo a deep clean to ensure they can be handed over in immaculate condition. We therefore kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 10:00.

Upon request and subject to availability, a late check-out is possible for an additional charge of 30% of the respective daily rate. Please inform the reception in good time.

Should you require any extra blankets, we will gladly provide them for you.

High-quality KTM e-mountain bikes and Woom children’s e-bikes are available to rent directly from reception. For your safety and convenience, a helmet and bike lock are included with every rental. Rates start at €40 per bike per day.

Please speak to our team at reception in advance to reserve your bikes and complete the rental agreement before setting off.

Here you can safely store your bicycle. Access is via the apartment’s chip key.

Upon request, we deliver fresh bread and buns from our local village bakery, Adler, right to your door each morning. Please settle this bill in cash at the end of your stay.

Alternatively, you can enjoy breakfast out at the local Adler bakery or Baguette (MPREIS). During the high season, the Adler bakery is also open on Sundays.

Travel tip: If you are traveling by bus from Jenbach station to Lake Achensee, simply show the bus driver your reservation confirmation and your ride will be free of charge.

From Maurach, the Rofan cable car takes you effortlessly to high altitudes. At the mountain station at 1,840 metres above sea level, traditional alpine inns, rustic huts, and majestic views of Lake Achensee await you. Also open for skiing in the winter.

The Karwendel cable car leads from Pertisau into the beautiful Karwendel mountains. Centrally located in the village, it takes you step-free in gondolas up to the panoramic Zwölferkopf (1,491m), from where beautiful hiking trails begin. In winter, it operates as a small ski area.

The Christlum Hochalmlifte (winter operation only) are located in Achenkirch and are the perfect starting point for all kinds of winter fun. A gentle mountain landscape and numerous places to stop for refreshments make the Christlum ski area a great winter destination.

Mindful Living: We have furnished our suites with premium materials and great attention to detail. Please treat your home away from home with the same care and respect.

Shoe-Free Zone: To protect the natural wooden floors, we kindly ask that you remove outdoor shoes in the entrance area. Skis, ski boots, cross-country gear, and hiking boots belong exclusively in the ski storage room next to reception.

Pets: To ensure our suites remain strictly allergy-friendly for all guests, pets are not permitted.

Energy Conservation: To help us protect the environment, please turn off the lights when leaving your suite and adjust the heating down whenever windows are open.

In the municipality of Achenkirch, there are 60 kilometers of cross-country skiing and skating tracks as well as winter hiking trails. Currently, all cross-country trails and hiking paths in Achenkirch are free to use. The municipality of Achenkirch and the tourist board make every effort to keep the trails and paths in pristine condition on a daily basis. Therefore, please remain on the designated winter hiking trails as a pedestrian.

Numerous cycling and mountain biking routes start right from our doorstep, leading either into the alpine peaks or gently along the scenic shores of Lake Achensee. Trail maps and local route tips are readily available at reception. High-performance e-bikes (including helmets) are available to rent on-site; we recommend reserving in advance to ensure availability.

With the exception of emergency numbers (112 or 133 for the police), you will reach the central control center of the State of Tirol, where you will receive competent assistance.

Achenkirch is known for its good water. The spring-fresh water comes from a mountain spring on the Unnütz mountain (visible straight ahead at the entrance to the village) at an altitude of approx. 1250 metres. It is of drinking water quality.

You can charge your electric car with us for a fee; simply pick up the charging card at reception. Since we do not have a rapid charging connection, please allow a little extra time for the charging process. If you have any questions, we are happy to help you at reception.

The sight of a flickering fireplace is considered the epitome of coziness and a feel-good atmosphere. In our step-by-step guide, we explain how you can quickly and easily ignite a beautiful and environmentally friendly fire.

What you should keep in mind when lighting the fire: The fire in the wood-burning stove is best lit from top to bottom. This allows the chimney to heat up faster and quickly build the necessary draft for the fire. The best side effect: Very little smoke is produced, which means less environmentally harmful fine particulate matter.

Step 1:
Stack approximately 4 to 6 logs crosswise. Place small kindling (wax-impregnated wood wool pads) on top and ignite.

Step 2:
To ignite, open the air control completely (always turn the silver lever to the right/ to “+”).

Step 3.
Only when the fire has burned down completely and the flames have just gone out is the right time to add more logs. This prevents flue gas from escaping into the living space.

You can get more firewood and firelighters at any time in our shop or ski room.

In case of emergency, please contact the emergency services directly at 144 or contact the reception. A first aid kit is located at the reception.

The fitness room is open 24/7. We are happy to explain how the equipment works. Please only use the room with indoor sports shoes. Children under 14 years of age are only allowed to use the room when accompanied by an adult. We assume no liability for accidents.

If you would like to give flowers as a gift or surprise your loved ones, we are happy to take your order.

In our shop, you will find a selection of board and card games that you are welcome to borrow. We kindly ask that you return them to their proper place after use.

Our garden is open to all guests, and families are welcome to enjoy the outdoor play area. Our barbecue hut is also available upon request throughout both summer and winter. It is the perfect setting to light a fire and spend a cozy evening together. Please review the safety guidelines posted inside the hut. Important: Never leave an open fire unattended.

Golf- und Landclub Achensee, Pertisau: The 18-hole golf course in Pertisau at the foot of the Karwendel mountains is one of the most beautiful courses in the Alpine region.

Some of our premium apartments are equipped with their own private hot tubs. The soothing combination of warmth, water, and air creates a wonderful effect: it calms the body, invigorates the mind, stimulates circulation, and relaxes the muscles.

To ensure you can enjoy this break to the fullest at a pleasant 37°C (we recommend a bathing time of 20 to 30 minutes), careful water hygiene is essential. To guarantee optimal water quality, we test the water several times a week and add chlorine and pH regulators.

• Before bathing: Please shower thoroughly with soap beforehand. Dirt, skin flakes, hair, and skin oils can contaminate the water and pose a health risk.
• Bathing without clothing: Since detergent residue in swimwear can also pollute the water, we recommend bathing without clothing.
• After bathing: A quick, refreshing shower afterward gently rids the skin of the chemicals added to the water and closes the pores after stimulating your circulation.

Our suites PUREST Passion and PUREST Happiness are each equipped with an infrared sauna. Please read the operating instructions before use.

Swiss Pine Pillows – The combination of pure sheep’s wool and the soothing power of Swiss pine has a special influence on our sleep and can help stabilize our circulation. Swiss pine wood also has an antibacterial effect and helps with weather sensitivity.

My Neck Pillow – The HEFEL My Neck pillow was developed by South Tyrolean physiotherapist Günther Forer and is a special pillow with therapeutic benefits. It relieves and supports the cervical spine during sleep, thus helping to prevent tension in the head, neck, and shoulder areas. It is suitable for back and side sleepers.

Framed by towering peaks, Lake Achensee offers 183 kilometres of marked running trails tailored to every level. Whether you prefer a leisurely morning jog along flat shoreline paths or a high-elevation alpine challenge, the region delivers an unmatched running experience. The highlight remains the classic circuit around the lake – famous as the scenic route of the annual Achensee Run, offering pure inspiration with every stride.

In every apartment (in the wardrobe) you will find a safe. The instructions are located directly on the safe.

Our luxury suites are equipped with a private sauna.

Please note the following sauna rules:

• Enter the sauna unclothed, using only a large towel.
• Sit or lie down completely—including your feet—on the towel.
• Do not enter the sauna on an empty or overly full stomach.
• Drink plenty of fluids before entering the sauna.
• Take a shower before your sauna session.
• Enter the sauna dry and with warm feet.
• Take your time during the sauna session.
• Leave at least 30 centimeters of space between seats when sitting.
• Take 2 to 3 sauna sessions of 8 to 15 minutes each.
• Stay calm if you feel unwell.
• Leave the sauna before or after the infusion.

Sauna like the pros: For hygienic and health reasons, please enter the sauna unclothed. Swimwear, bath sandals, and body jewelry are not only unhygienic in the sauna, but they also prevent heat from reaching the skin because synthetic materials cover it. In the worst case, foul-smelling pollutants may even be released.

On the other hand, a large towel is essential: it serves as a wrap before and after sweating, as well as a full-body barrier in the cabin (please sit and lie completely on your towel). Please do not wipe sweat off with your hands while in the sauna; simply let it drip onto the towel.

Safety notice: Should you ever feel unwell, you will find an alarm button inside the sauna. This forwards an emergency signal directly to our phone so that we can assist you immediately.

Our small in-house shop is an upscale self-service store. We offer a curated selection of products around the clock, which you can conveniently pay for in cash at the end of your stay. Please fill out our shopping list with each purchase and hand it in at reception.

You will also find great gifts for your loved ones and souvenirs of your stay to bring that vacation feeling straight home. Snuggle up in our plush, soft bathrobe and recreate your vacation at PUREST. It features a hood and an embroidered dark-brown logo on the left chest, designed as a unisex fit for him and her in sizes M and XL. Our ski room is located right next to the reception and, thanks to your chip key, is easily accessible both from the inside and directly from the street.

Please store all your sports equipment here – from skis and cross-country skiing gear to ski boots and hiking boots. Out of consideration for our high-quality suites, we kindly ask you to keep skis, boots, and hiking shoes exclusively in the ski room and to put them on and take them off there as well.

The Christlum is the largest ski area at Lake Achensee and is known for its excellent slopes. For this reason, the ski area has been awarded the piste quality seal for years.

It is important to us that you fully relax and rejuvenate during your stay at PUREST Alpine Hideaway. Restful sleep is essential to that experience. That is why our beds feature high-quality Eberharter mattresses with 7-zone pocket spring cores, cold foam top layers, and integrated multi-zone profiled cold foam toppers.

When selecting our bedding, we left nothing to chance. We chose premium Wellness Allergic Vitasan duvets and pillows by Hefel, crafted from 100% fine cotton satin with a soothing aloe vera finish.

Our house is a non-smoking property. We therefore kindly ask you not to smoke inside the rooms, but to use the balconies or terraces instead. Thank you very much!

Our infinity pool is 140 cm deep and heated from May to October. We deliberately choose not to have fixed opening hours, instead adapting to the weather and your wishes. As a rule, our swimming pool is open during the day when the weather is nice. If you would like to swim early in the morning or under the starry sky, please let us know.

You open the door to the swimming pool by pulling the bell upwards from the inside! (We did this deliberately so that small children cannot open the door so easily).

Please observe the following bathing rules:

• Sunbathing only with a bath towel.
• Please shower before entering the water.
• Never leave children unattended in the swimming pool. Parents are responsible for their children. We are happy to provide life jackets for toddlers free of charge.
• No liability is assumed in the event of accidents.

In winter, we recommend the PANORAMA bath at the Atoll in Maurach.

A generous supply of bath, pool, and sauna towels is provided in your suite upon arrival. Should you desire fresh towels at any point during your stay, simply let us know, and we will gladly arrange them for you.

Waste separation is legally mandatory throughout Tirol. For your convenience, our dedicated recycling room is located between garages 2 and 3, equipped with designated containers for paper and cardboard, plastic packaging, organic waste, glass, and metal. We kindly ask you to bring sorted waste from your apartment here.
