From what time can I check into my apartment?

We will make every effort to ensure you can check into your apartment after 4 p.m. Please let us know approximately when you expect to arrive.

When will I need to check out of my apartment on departure day?

You are welcome to occupy your apartment on departure day until 10 a.m. By arrangement and subject to availability, late check-out might be possible by paying 30% of the regular daily rate. Please notify the reception in advance if this is something you are indeed considering.

When and how do I pay for my stay?

When you go ahead and book, we will notify of the deposit which is required. The remaining amount due must be electronically transferred to our bank account no later than 3 days prior to arrival, or you can simply pay in cash, with debit or credit card upon arrival.

When does my booking become binding?

A booking becomes binding once your deposit has been transferred to our account. Booking enquiries are always nonbinding and do not constitute a GUARANTEED reservation.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Please be aware: Up to 3 months prior to arrival, you can make changes or even cancel your booking at no cost.

  • Within 3 months of arrival, we will retain the amount of the room deposit.
  • Within 1 month of arrival, we will charge 70% of the stipulated cost of your stay.
  • Within 14 days of arrival, we will charge 90% of the stipulated cost of your stay.
  • In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the cont of the stay will be charged.
Is smoking allowed?

Our resort is a non-smoking establishment. But of course, you are welcome to smoke on balconies or in the garden.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at our resort.

Where can I park my car?

A reserved parking space for each apartment is available free of charge at our resort.

Do I have access to the internet?

Yes, indeed, every apartment has free WiFi internet access. You will receive the password when you check in.

Is there a charging station for my EV?

We are committed to sustainability where- and whenever possible. That said, yes, the resort does indeed have a charging station for your electric vehicle.
